For orders shipped on our freight carrier, you are able to track your own order using the Direct Freight online tracking system. You don't necessarily need a consignment note number - only your purchase order number or our invoice number is required.
Go to the Direct Freight Website.
Enter your PO number in the 'Track and Trace' box on the homepage and click Track.

Orders shipped on other carriers are unable to be tracked using this method - please call us for your consignment note number so that you can contact your own freight company.
