ReCoila has been making hose reels for over thirty years, and we've always been owned and operated in Australia. It's safe to say we KNOW hose reels.
By buying a ReCoila reel you will be supporting a locally owned company (and in turn our local suppliers), plus you can be assured you're getting a high quality product. Parts and service are handled locally, and our two year limited warranty covers you for most common issues and parts.
You can read a bit more about us here or view our custom hose reel gallery to see what we're capable of.
There are a few things to consider to narrow down the choice of hose reels to choose from. You already know what you will be transferring - air, water, grease etc - and in addition you'll need to size the reel according to the inside diameter (ID) of the hose you will be using. We work with metric measurements; the most common hose sizes are 6, 10, 12, 19, 25, 32 and 38mm.
Consider the length of the hose you'll need based upon placement of hose in the work area. Note that the longer the hose, the greater the possibility of pressure loss. What kind of construction material will you need? Will polypropylene be adequate or do you need a heavy duty steel reel? You might like to consider stainless steel if corrosion will be a factor.
We've detailed the types of hose reels we supply here, but if you're not sure or would just rather talk to our technical staff, please feel free to give us a call and together we can find the best reel for your application.
