Responding to a need within the industry for a hose reel that is strong, reliable, and customisable, ReCoila developed the T Series – a range of hose and cable reels for heavy duty applications such as lubrication, fuel transfer, fire fighting, and high volume compressed air.

With a range of drive options, construction materials, and finishes, workplaces are effectively able to custom-build a reel by choosing from a wealth of options suited to their specific needs.

Each T series is constructed of heavy gauge steel plate to ensure rigidity and strength. A welded spool allows the hose to be wound on charged or uncharged, resisting the crushing effect of charging empty hoses on the reel. Direct drive gear drive comes as standard, reducing maintenance and providing a more reliable drive method.

Drive options include powered, hydraulic, pneumatic and hand crank. An optional bevel crank rewind can be disengaged when not required, reducing the typical grinding noise and vibration found in other hose reels where the gear and pinion bevel crank is continually engaged.

Accommodating hose with internal diameters up to a maximum of 50mm (2") and hose lengths up to a maximum of 150 metres, larger hose diameters, and hose lengths can also be provided as custom built reels. Fluid paths and swivels match or exceed hose diameters to ensure maximum product flow. T series reels are available as powder-coated steel, aluminium or stainless steel construction and are capable of pressures up to 10,000 psi.
